In my opinion this is the best html editor on the market, but it is an html editor not a WYSIWUG editor, so you need to know html to use it. Personally i use a WYSIWUG editor first and then load it into homesite to tidy everything up ! 

Both these WYSIWUG editors come free with the relevant browser packages (netscape communicator and internet explorer 4). They are good packages for people who want a drag and drop web page creation package. I think Front page express has slightly more features.
