Q. How do i get my site listed in the search engine ?

A. Select the "Submit Your Site" option on the left.

Q. My site always comes up at the bottom on the list, why ?

A. The VP Search Engine doesnt rate sites according to the best matches, like some other search engines do. It rates site purely on the order they are in, in the database. So when you do a search for "animal" you get all the animal avatar sites in the order they were added to the database.

Q. How do i improve my database position ?

A. Webmasters that have the VP search engine placed in a prominant place on their site will have their site moved up the database, thus giving them better exposure. Members of the Guild of avatar creators also receive preferential placement in the VP_Avatars database, why not join ?
